On our last day in Rabat before we headed of to our host city we went to a dynamic public high school. The school has a pilot International Bacculorate program in English. The teacher is a musician who uses his keyboard and other instruments to teach English. We chatted with students for one of their assignments about what is the App that you cannot live without.
After the school visit the four teachers heading to the south were dropped at the bus station for our 8 hour ride to Agadir. The journey passed quite uneventfully as we watched the landscape change through the bus window. When we turned in land near Casablanca we started to see the Atlas mountains rise. Over the next couple of hours the landscape became dryer and the mountains came closer. We had short break in Marrakesh, enough time for a crepes and some a kebab before getting on the bus again. When we finally arrived in Agadir Braheim was there to meet us. I found it fascinating watching him negotiate the taxi for Hina and Michelle to get to Tarogent. He switched into speaking Berber/Amighzah and for us none speakers it seemed the taxi driver was his long lost friend. They had only just met. Once we said goodbye to our friends Braheim drop us of at our hotel and I crashed for the rest of the night.
